RoHS Policy Statement
In response to the requirement that customers must comply with the EU RoHS directive for the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances, Hexironrong Semiconductor has converted all of its products. The product also complies with the requirements of China's "Regulations on Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products" (China RoHS).

EU RoHS Directive
According to the control requirements of the EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU), our products comply with the limit standards of the EU RoHS 2.0 Directive (Pb<1000ppm, Cd<100ppm, Hg<1000ppm, Cr6+<1000ppm, PBBs<1000ppm, PBDEs<1000ppm, DEHP<1000ppm, BBP<1000ppm, DBP<1000ppm, DIBP<1000ppm). Some products use lead containing high melting point solder or lead containing chips in their production processes, which comply with the exemption clauses of the RoHS directive: 7 (a): lead in high melting point solder (such as lead based alloy solder with a lead content equal to or greater than 85%), 7 (c) - I: lead in glass or ceramic materials (excluding ceramic media in capacitors) in electronic and electrical components, such as piezoelectric devices, glass or ceramic based composite components.

EU REACH Regulation
According to the control requirements of EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, our products have no volatile substances or intentionally released substances, and are not directly exported to the EU as chemical agents. Therefore, they do not involve (pre) registration issues and fully comply with the EU REACH regulation and its subsequent amendments. And our company guarantees that except for a few products with lead content greater than 0.1% that need to be reported, all other products meet the current limit standard for substances of high concern (SVHC) with a content less than 0.1% in goods. With the continuous update of the REACH SVHC list, if other SVHC substances with a content greater than 0.1% are found in our products in the future, we will promptly notify them in accordance with the requirements of REACH regulations; If the export volume of products containing SVHC substances exceeds 1 ton/year, our company will register with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) in accordance with REACH regulations.

Halogen Control Requirements
According to the management requirements of halogen IEC 61249-2-21 2003, our company's halogen-free products meet the limit standards for halogen requirements (Br<900ppm, Cl<900ppm, Br+Cl<1500ppm). Some products use halogenated plastic sealing materials in the production process, and our company will actively promote halogen-free products for such products.

According to the control requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in the United States, our products do not contain any restricted substances controlled by TSCA regulations.

Conflict Mineral Policy
Minerals such as 3TG (tantalum Ta, tin Sn, tungsten W, gold Au), cobalt Co, and mica Mica from conflict or high-risk areas, as well as metal minerals controlled by non-governmental armed groups or illegal military factions through smuggling trade routes, are all considered conflict minerals. Shenzhen Hexironrong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. requires suppliers to comply with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA) and only purchase materials from suppliers who are environmentally and socially responsible. All suppliers are not allowed to purchase or use conflict minerals, and must meet the requirements of conflict free minerals. They must also purchase from the Responsible Mineral Assurance Process (RMAP) certified smelting and refining plant list confirmed by the Responsible Mineral Initiative (RMI). All suppliers should purchase metals from smelters and refineries that have passed RMAP certification and meet conflict free metal requirements. Smelters and refineries that have not passed RMAP certification must be removed from the supply chain.
